When a system qualifies for our Used Tool Program, it is returned to one of our new tool manufacturing facilities to begin the refurbishment process. Each tool is completely refurbished by our team of factory technicians, using only genuine Rudolph OEM parts. Finally, to deliver the best possible tool performance, each system is tested and qualified to the tool's original factory specifications when it arrives at your site.
After you purchase a Rudolph refurbished tool, our local branch office can provide factory-certified support engineers to assist you with tool installation, at no additional charge. They can work with your staff to make sure the tool is brought online quickly and effectively.
